Take one at least 30 to 60minutes before bedtime. Take no alcohol, no sugar or wheat, less than 30gr carbs a day. Eased my insomnia and improved mood almost right away. Would recommend them as a capsule.

I need a tablet that is easy to swallow so i am not likely to buy again
