This is an easy to *, digestible form of magnesium. It really has helped with my irregularity. I like that these pills aren't huge since i have a hard time swallowing large pills.

Cons
This is an incredibly poor quality product - it has multiple cheap, filler ingredients. That equates to almost 2/3rds of the 180 pills missing. Their 200 mg tablets are really 200 mg per tablet.

However i really think it is false advertising for the front label to state the capsules are 200mg when it’s actually the dosage that gives you the 200mg not each capsule
