Pros
Often, it takes me a couple trys to successfully * any pill or tablet.
Cons
It is chalky so it doesn't even go down easily. And be gagged by the horrid flavor. Save your money and try solgar instead. This powdered brand is not eve good for your body!
These pills are not round as pictured and they are huge! Am going to throw out the bottle as am worried are fakes and not actually from natures bounty. The “tablets” are the size of capsules.
