Pros & Cons

Pros

The flashlight works well at full battery, very bright and well focused. It's my second mini, i'm in love with design and durability. Wish it had a push button switch on the back as one handing a twist light can be a big pain.

Cons

Not high on my list of things to recommend. The main reason i say don't buy is they discharge the batteries very fast and the results is the aa batteries leak acid and ruin the inside of the flashlight.

Flashlight alternates between not working at all, and flickering like it's at a rave. Only turns on around 10% of the time, even then it flickers sometimes. Worked fine for three weeks then would flicker or not light-up.

No outward signs of poor construction; but there has to be on this one. Made in usa typically stands for high quality at a premium price, but this flashlight is worse than the chinese made flashlight that was gifted to me.

Big disappointment in this category. Very disappointed. Sometimes it doesnt. That's on me. Very disappointment with maglite.

This product is totally a piece of junk. This thing is so finnicky as to be completely useless. This particular product is, quite frankly, junk. Just plain junk.

Recently i was testing some old nimh aa batteries thinking they were getting weak so i put them in a couple of these flashlights to just draw down the voltage by just leaving them turned on and then charging them back up again using a aa battery charger
