At first i thought this hose was defective because it would not retract as advertised see pic but then i realized you need to get all the water out after you close the water source before it can actually retractthe water pressure is really low comjng out of this hose unlike regular hoses so you cant pressure wash or window wash its mainly useful for light duty like watering plants etci decided to keep it and try it a little longer and see if i get used to it i was skeptical about this because others just like it on amazon had soso reviews but i figured id give it a shot and is actually been surprisingly good so far
