Pros
Tons of compliments. Looks great on our counter with other stainless steel appliances. It's a pity it’s not available anymore as i would get the same one to replace. You won't be disappointed.
Pop up lid makes it easy to fill a teapot. It heats up fast and is very quiet when it is boiling.
Blue lights are stunning! Otherwise, i love the color (metallic red), the led light when the kettle is on, and the large capacity. It was a huge hit with everyone when we had an early christmas celebration.
Cons
The base smells like burning plastic when you use it. The beeping is seriously obnoxious.
I'm so sick of these cheap chinese products that always break prematurely. Otherwise, my hope is it won't leak within the first 24 months like all the others i've tried. Bottom is already coming off, literally, right into the water we're drinking!
The lid is much higher than the water level so the water never touches it, even when it comes to a boil. It stops on a half way to boiling if i pour more than 1 liter of water. The only way you can then get it to boil is to hold down the 'on' button.

The strainer is starting to fall apart just wondering if we can buy and replace this part

Even tho this broke i still give it 5 stars and will certainly but another if the price goes down

🤔bought a different brand and it shuts off but never turns back on
1 it boasts it is 3410 cups34 but the max fill line is actually closer to 7 cups and thats disappointing
