Pros
Works as advertised. Got this for my sis in law for christmas. Works like a dream. It works wonderfully.
Warm it up quickly in microwave and stay warm for ~10 min. What a relief it provides with soothing heat. Wish it would stay colder longer, but it is therapeutic.
Cons
Magic bags are useless. It takes well over 5 minutes to heat it. Compared to king-size heating pads, this one is too small to cover one of my feet. Save oyur money and don't even consider this.
