Pros
This product is good for releasing back pain while sitting in a chair. It's super comfortable, it stays warm for a long time and i like that it's big and covers more area. Very nice product and just right size to relieve my neck and shoulder pain.
Cons
It bulky and hard to use. Very disappointed. This is the second or third and they all failed quickly.
