Big hit with my 5-year old grand-nephew. His 2-year-old sister loves them as well and just likes stacking or making patterns with them. Every year i try to buy a new building type toy for my grandkids to have at my house.

As far as the set itself goes, the hexagon and wheels are great additions, and really open up a lot of new building options. Wish it had more sets of wheels/axles. Enjoys combining pieces from other sets.

Cons

They are noticeably thinner and the magnets aren't as strong. They also don't have the embossed word magformers on the pieces, like her other sets do.

These magnets are thinner and are not made as well as the others. These wheels just stick onto the squares loosely with magnets. They are too tight. And it is also not good to attach on normal one.
