I love the way it cooks! This is good for foamy things, like beans and cereals, and not so much for large items, like a slab of chuck roast. A welcome addition to my rv kitchen.

The pot is deep enough and fits the burner's on my ceran stovetop. Makes an excellent match with my induction burner. If you routinely make any type of broth/stock, this is the pot to use.
Cons
Plastic part on lid broke. The thing is useless now as a pressure cooker.

The metal parts are very durable of course but the plastic handle of the lid broke by falling from the sink to the floor
