Pros
This is a great product but everyone reacts differently, so listen to your body. The capsules are large, but as easy to * as they come in this size. They work gently and fairly quick. The next morning it works--always.
The lesson is that you need to get your bowels out every day, otherwise it will get impacted and may cause more issues down the road. These are my safe go to med for regularity. Not harsh like a laxative.
Cons
Ibs-c sufferer took 5 pill bottle and had no results. Third-party company using ineffective ingredient in product.
