For a few days after the installation i was frustrated with the product thinking the actual screen was too sensitive or finicky but the problem lies with the screen protector not the actual replacement screen

After a week of using it i was having trouble with the touch screen slow to react and intermittently not responding to touch but im giving 4 stars for the customer service

Replacing it took a little longer than i had thought and i had to move several items from the old screen to the new one as mentioned in the product description

I did also have to move the metal sheet that covers the back of the screen from the old one to the new in order to be able to fasten the supports for the camera and ear piece
