Pros
Controlled leg swelling for over 8 hours of traveling on two planes. They are really supportive and comfortable. Ideal for traveling with long period of seating.
These socks help to keep the veins from popping out. Love the reinforced heel and toe. Absolute support pulls on much more easily.
Cons
They are not oversized. They are not long enough to stay up where they belong.
Difficult to put on without help especially if any arthritis or lack of dexterity. Slide down the calf and create dangerously increased compression around the ankle. Cheap and worthless, pantyhose are stronger!
Do not recommend. Tried to buy something comparable. However, this particular item has a made in the usa label in it.

I was told id have to wear oldlady compression stockings to prevent pooling and swelling in that leg

I first ordered the large but they only went up about 34 of the way up my leg and were tight around the calf
