I feel like this is way, way overpriced for the quality. That is ridiculous. A good idea, poor execution.

The pins aren't lined up evenly on the charging base. You have to fiddle with the base screw to get the pins to work. Only the latest greatest echo will work with it because it needs a connector on the bottom which no other echo’s have.

We are past the time frame of being able to get a refund (which is a ridiculously short amount of time for an electronic device) and at this point we can only get a replacement. Will be looking for a name brand wireless speaker to replace this.

First battery lasted two weeks then stopped working amazon replaced it. Go back to replacing the shell. Have tried to call to now avail.
