Pros

The straps secure it well. Pods hang out from your sides a little far, chance for them to get nicked by a paintball. The waist strap is a double edged sword.

Cons

Gog harness is an ok harness but you need to buy suspenders to hold it up if you plan on doing any running. Weight of air tank and pods just pulls it down and bounces around it can't lock so it just slips and falls off.
