You have to manually unplug the device from the switch and plug it back in

They have since sent me 2 new updated gbics that no longer have the same issues as before

Hower it reports the vendor as ubiquiti rather than macroreer or even oem which i find awkward at best

I verified operation at 100 and 1000 meg but i didnt verify 10meg i have no reason to believe that it wouldnt work though

Macroreer for ubiquiti gigabit rj45 copper sfp module transceiver minigbic 1000baset 100mthey worked in a ubiquiti unifi switch 24 poe250w but you have to set the sfp ports link negotiation to manual and the speed to 1000 mbps
