I got an answer from a real person not a robot within minutes of sending them an email being concerned as to why the screen protector was seemingly too large for my printers screen

The person on the other end explained that the protector was larger to insure proper protection of the screen in case of a resin spill and even though it was entirely my fault for misinstalling it he still offered to send me another set because of a bubble that formed on the extremity of the screen because the adhesive didnt adhere perfectly

I forgot to tighten down the vat all the way so the prints werent peeling off the fep sheet and instead were pushing the print down over and over again
