This adapter provides power as detailed in the product information. It supports variable voltage output with qc3. There were no unusual voltage drops.
Cons
A 36w ( low )-- very odd. Once the laptop is charged, it keeps sending the signal to charge more, which is really annoying for the macbook to make the charging sound every 10 minutes.

The only difference between this and the macbook charger at least on the surface is that the prongs that plug into the outlet are part of the charger
