Pros

The device holds my phone securely and it’s easy to insert and remove my phone. Need to have phone physically connected for apple carplay and the lack of a convenient place to stow/access my phone in the outback made the device necessary.

Very high quality, looks solid and sturdy. The price is good and the time between ordering and receiving was short. Good value. A nicely designed product.

Cons

They are poorly made and break easily. This phone mount doesn’t lock in the phone snug at all. Does not tighten with larger cup holders.

Did not fit my 2018 equinox. Too cumbersome with the gear shift and did not work at all with our daughter's vehicle. Did not fit in my volkswagen jetta.

Not cool, bro. Don't waste your money. Returned for refund.
