Pros
The smell is wonderful and it makes my beard shine. The scent is great but if you are sensitive to scents, you will not care for it.
This keeps the ends from splitting and smooths everything out. It's good for all hair types, even fine hair, as long as you make a point of rinsing well.
This oil is amazing! Really great product. The brand has some really great products too. Totally love it. This stuff is awesome!
There's no silicone in this formula but there is glycerin, which acts as a humectant. But the goodies in this mask definitely * the hair shaft. This light oil works well on your dry skin.
Cons
The scent is very strong and nauseating. The color and fragrance is not the same as the ones that i have used before. This one has a strong musk smell.

I make sure every strand has been saturated and then i rinse for a full five minutes just to ensure it doesnt weigh my hair down

Some masks are silicone heavy and the ingredients therefore never truly penetrate
