Pros

Haven't had to re sharpen besides some very fine, super high grit polishing/honing.

Couteau très tranchant et solide. This knife is terrific!

This fits our hands well, but if you have really big hands, this is not the knife for you. It's well balanced and versitile. Could be a bit more ergonomic.

Cons

Be forewarned. I wish there was a way for me to contact the sellers directly to tell them because i wonder if my product was defective.
