It's double-sided for adult and pediatric use. It pumps up adequately has a quality, easy to read dial.
Everything fits in neatly and compactly. Comes in a nylon, zippered, storage/carrying bag. Only complaint is the carry pouch is a little small.
This works great. Worked everytime. Works very well. Works really well.
Cons
Stethoscope for under cuff is unresponsive and pressure gauge jumps around. While there is a replacement warranty on the gauge, there isn't a service warranty that covers the necessary calibration needed every six months/year to keep the gauge accurat... Read More
This product is for infrequent, novice, home users only. The items were returned immediately and refunded promptly. Does not work.

And although this is definitely more of a homeuse version i am not at all put off by the quality
The quality is fine for the price and it worked so i had no problem with that
I once had the opportunity to exam the quality of a real doctors version of this product
The stethoscope is of average quality but perfectly adequate for measuring blood pressure

I was a little skeptical at the quality since the price is so low given a basic littman stethoscope is around 85

An email to cs asking where they might be found went unansered so i assume any other cs issues would be a waste of time as well

I have another blood pressure cuff i bought when i was a cna so i measured that against this cuff

As i mentioned i bought this for a backup set and i think it would be good for that but not sure how it would hold up to regular use

It doesnt come with any instructions thankfully i already know how to take my own bp so if you dont have training on how to measure bp you might need to watch a youtube video or some such for how to work it
