One was in original packaging one was obviously a return

I opened the return to install it and found it was missing the clamp to cinch the strings to tighten it around the board

I was able to use my old one but it annoyed me that i got a product that clearly didnt conform to amazons return policy and obviously hadnt been checked upon return
