Pros
This is the exact same filter my installer uses for my goodman/xenon air handler. They fit in my furnace like a fitted glove.
The merv 11 rating does a great job keeping the dust levels down. I live on a farm so dust and pollens are an issue but these filters take care of that. Economical and a very good filter - low back pressure with great dust capture.
Cons
The actual size as stated in the ad is not correct. The description is not accurate.

Awesome quality; purchased the wrong size and customer service was amazing.
Some of the pleats are not evenly spaced, but they can be adjusted by hand (this was also the case with the original filter).
These are the same oem that was originally installed with the unit - so everything is all good.
Price
These were identical two other filters that i had bought from a different vendor and the cost was a lot less!

Shipping
I find that the multiple filters boxed together survive shipping the best as opposed to a single filter per shipment.
Packaging/appearance
I tried other 20x25x5 filters that were not these exact dimensions and found that i had dust collecting on the evap coil in my air handler.
Competitiveness
Only negative seems to be frame sturdiness of filter compared to higher priced filters, but fully functional and great value for the price.
Fast delivery, true to size, three pack saves me over buying individually, always have a replacement on-hand.
