Use plumbers tape and they fit professionally and don’t leak
This set provides gaskets mine came with 6 with 2 in the adapters already use them
The quick disconnects for the garden hose however do not work at all

I actually dont use the plugs instead i used m2215mm plugs to the quick connect adapters because my pressure washer has 15mm on its end

One thing to mention the threads are pretty sharp

I didnt cut myself but dont press on them if tightening or whatever you may do to them
