Pros
Easy to cut, (metal alloy) and install. Secure way to install this is to screw into the concrete foundation and clip the transition into place. Only word of caution is that the grooves trap dirt/dust.
Cons
There is no possible way to permanently install the base with screws. The adhesive strip is highly unreliable. The whole thing is useless.
