Pros

This brace is fantastic! Worth the money. The device is much more pleasant than the cortisone shots. The latter is what inspired me to try this.

After 20-30 seconds, the pain goes away! After a while it itches and gets warm.

Cons

Plastic and velcro…doesn’t help wrist at all. It's not any better, and actually worse, than a traditional brace that helps support the entire forearm. To me, it is basically ineffective.
