It's easy to drink and, with ice in the thermos, very refreshing. It is a little tangy/salty which makes it palatable to me.
Lyteshow is my favorite electrolyte supplement on the market. It is far superior to other rehydration drink mixes, with the exception of pedialyte. It's sugar free and has no artificial sweetener or flavoring.
