Pros & Cons
Pros
It's an artisan product at a good price. This is our go to brand and it’s on repeat order.
The 3l tin isn't too big to store, the flavour and standard of the product is good too. Superb taste and quality. The flavour and consistency is great. It's intense and delicious.
We use it for everything -- salads, frying, roasting -- as it tastes good hot or cold. Lacking of the acidity that first pressed oil usually has, makes this oil perfect for salads or even on its own to dip some bread in.
The flavour is subtle, almost flowery, with just enough sharpness and 'bite' has a slight burn which indicates the precence of polyphenols. It conveys something of the time honoured traditions of that island.
Cons
Oil is very bland with a slightly bitter taste. Not suitable for salads or drizzling over dishes. Not the best olive oil, flavour is not as strong as i was expecting.

Sad that there seems to be an effort by germans to blacken the reputation of this oil shameful
