Pros & Cons
Pros
This is nice, plush and soft. It is extremely soft and pliable. I use this in pure barre class where floor is hard and carpet feels rough.
I'm a side sleeper with scoliosis. This helps cushion my knee. No more sore knees.
Also used for my lower back for crunches, situps, etc. I have to do daily hip flexor stretches and hold the stretch for a minute. This is just what my knees, hands or forearms need when extra padding is needed.
Cons
Thin, flimsy and your knees leave permanent scuff marks on the pad. Very cheap material and construction and would not buy it again.
