I needed to have my rail in a certain place due to a light fitting that was right next to one of the ceiling fixings this made things very awkward as it’s actually quite heavy to hold…especially having to hold it up for a long time

The other thing that i found to be an issue was connecting the 2 vertical supports that screw in to the ceiling fixings

The issue is there’s nothing for the grub screws to hold on to as there’s no indentation or hole on the vertical supports to hold them

I had to tighten my grub screws as hard as they would go which does seem to have held the rail in place but i’m just hoping the rail doesn’t slip off at any point in the future
