I did not find listed a GSM for these towelsbut I would guess at least 600. These towelsare very soft and luxerious and a perfectcolor match to what was advertised. Theyare thick, but not too heavy, like a previousset I ordered that claimed to be hotel quality at 900 GSM but were not soft andluxerious, just heavy. The stitching was poor and several began to unravel on firstwashing. The Chakir towels are theperfect balance of both. After launderingout of the box they became even softerand fluffier, as advertised. The stitching is very good quality and the towels look likethey will last a long time. I have neverpurchased Turkish towels before, but I amnow a fan. I just wish Chakir offered an 8piece set in the color pink, but they only offer this color in a 6 piece set. Unfortunately I had to order my 8 piece set from another manufacturer. They do offerseveral colors as sets of 8, so why not thisone? Makes no sense to me.   Read Less
