There was rust on the outside shrink wrap thankfully it hadn’t penetrated through to the actual shower curtain rod and there were no assembly directions whatsoever

Do not buy anything less or you’ll have the soft junk that would not last a year or two

It’s quite wide so only totally round plastic shower rings worked for us

The ones in the picture are super tight and cant be adjusted
