First my initial purchase was from a third party omni linens who sent counterfeit towels of significantly inferior quality

They are soft they fluff up after the first wash

One word of advice to share do not use fabric softenerdryer sheets with towels as the softening agents gunk up the fabric thus reducing their absorbancy

Washing once before use isnt quite enough i would suggest washing twice before use to get all the fuzzies off
