I have a 17 pound westie that fits securely in it. Our 4lb biewer terrier puppy has plenty of room. My 5mth old 10lb. Miniature poodle fits with room for him to grow some.
Small fits snuggly into subaru impreza hatchback with an 8. It fits perfectly between the seats in my 2022 sienna. I have a landrover, and it fits snugly with the arm rests down.
The mounting is sturdy. Sturdy, appears well made, and good size. Although this product seems a little expensive, it's worth every penny!
This seat is perfect for our yorkie/poo. My baby doxie loves it! Our frenchie loves it.
The complete box is firm but not totally rigid, with cushioning which trixie likes to rest her head on. It is well padded providing good support. Nice non-flimsy padded sides. But not always the most comfortable.
Cons
The actual useable space for the pet is only 15 l x 11 w. The tag says xl car seat. The width of the dog seat blocks my hands from reaching for the console panels and gear shift, that makes it dangerous and inconvenient. I now use a simple single stra... Read More
It is not hefty at all- it is extremely light- feather light. The description says it has a non skid bottom, but it does not function as described. Just wasted time and resources right before my trip.
