I order my seat covers on april29 2014i got it in 4 days and i opened it the quality was just there because i have been using sheepskin for 20 years now and i tell you the quality 5 star any way the bad news was it did not fit round my mercedes 550 head rest so i call the phone number on the box and the man answer his name is kevin after i explain the problem right away he told me i will take care of shipping and i also do not charge you for cost of fixing 20 so i said thank you in 8 days the covers are here it is absolutely beautiful fit and i have had one for my porsche 911 and the were not as nice quality as this and the cost me 699  Read Less
