Each sewn square is completely closed unlike some down comforters that allow the down to shift and become trapped along the edges unevenly

I’ve also been able to wash it even though it’s not recommended and it puffs right back up

I called customer service to confirm that i would be able to return the light weight if i tried it out and found it to not be warm enough
