Pros
The expensive chair is superior in material quality and overall function in every way to the cheaper chair. It has a single support bar in the back but is surprisingly sturdy. Once concern is sturdiness.
Ergonomically this seems to fit perfect. With the curved base, this chair rocks to precisely the right tilt to relieve pressure.

I find myself slowly starting to slouch over time before i switch back to my other chair. It's great for forcing me to sit up straight and not slouch, which was why i got it.
The rocking feature is fantastic and soothing! Also engages your core to plus up the positive effects. And, it makes for a good fidget chair when you move around a lot.
Cons
There are no holes drilled in one end of the cross bar. However, my shins rather than my knees rest on the knee pads. It's a big cushion, but it’s way too soft.

Cheap chair has almost excessively thick padding that quickly flattens out as soon as you sit on it
