I purchased these envelopes for a holiday envelope exchange hosted by the calligraphy podcast and was looking for goodquality envelopes that were affordable on a collegestudent budget could be used for multiple occasions and not just the holidays were selfadhesive and did not smudge dip pen calligraphy ink

They were wrapped in a thin plastic wrap and came within a manilla folder twothree days after ordering them

The selfadhesive seals very tightly so the envelopes are unlikely to open in the mail

I ordered christmas cards online this year but the envelopes that were available to order with the cards only came in white and were very expensive

I did have to make sure and pull the strip straight across as i was taking it off the adhesive or else the glue would spread out
