I am about 235 and it hasn't smashed down. Helps a lot with pain and soreness. I can't believe how many times something has popped back into place.

I purchased the 18in roller and it’s a great size for me and could be packed for travel if using a large suitcase
Came damaged a little bit but use for gym purposes so don’t care too much

Also it’s your typical higher density foam roll that you can get a lot of good use from if you actually use it

I would’ve liked to have gotten the longer version to lay on lengthwise to open upstretch my pecs but i think i get more use out of having the little one which is also much easier to store
