Night and day. Works just as advertised. I am thrilled with that. That's my only complaint.
Product is the right size and firmness, very light weight and sturdy. Dense but lightweight and easy to use. Nice and dense and never has any give.
Use for stretching muscles and breaking up lactic acid. Good for breaking up fascia. Helps relieve it band tightness.
