Dont waste money on a car ashtray if you want something to keep permanently outside

Hefty solid lid seems like it wont get blown off in the wind and will let rain drip over the sides

We had a regular ashtray on our deck and every time it rained or there were high winds the ashtray would be filled with water and we would find cigarette butts all over the deck and yard
