It came heavily covered in plastic which was great since it was raining the day it was delivered

The issue i have with it is that it doesn’t appear as though the rug was cut properly some of the edging just doesn’t look right but i put that part under my sofa because i have no intention of returning this giant 9 x 12 rug and paying shipping potentially but for the money it cost me 250 i think that it should’ve been made better
