You are able charging phone and listening music by using earphone on the same time with this device

If you have a thicker case it can sometimes lose connection if not positioned correctly but once i realised this it never lost connection again

You have to place the phone i have an iphone 8plus in the middle of the plate and make sure your surface is level so the phone doesn’t move

A tip i placed a little bit of blue tac on the bottom and used the wall to measure exactly where the phone would sit so all i have to do is place my phone on the charger with phone against the wall and it works a treat
