Pros
Wide mouth carafe not only fits but is also thermal insulating. Keeps coffee hot for several hours and does not leak. Only thing that leaves something to be desired is the pour spout.
The is a fantastic coffee urn. I have tried 3 others & this is the best. Very impressed and highly recommend.
Just the right size for loading two 12 oz k cups in the morning and short enough to fit into the keurig with no problems. It hold about 2 1/2 mugs of coffee. We have an 8 cup coffee maker that does a great job. It holds about 24 ozs.
The matte black casing is classy. Easy to clean, no leaks. The lid doesn't fully open, so i have to help it a bit, but this is not a problem when i only need to fully open this when i am cleaning and refilling this up.
Cons
The handle, lid & pour spout are all plastic. The top is flimsy. The trigger/button only pulls the top open.
This thermos/carafe is not 100% stainless steel. This is not insulated. Coffee gets cold about as fast as it would in the percolator when you unplug it.
