Cons
After 6 months the dimmer doesnot work. There is a murpy's law stating that the $50 component will blow out protecting the 60 cent fuse. Same result with both.

I also noticed that theres a very dim illumination behind the switch itself so that you can find it in the dark a nice little extra feature
