Pros
Installation takes some dexterity. Fastens securely to existing toggle switch. I just wish they would use some kind of rubberized material instead to grip the switch.
See video for demonstration of the switch operation. I find myself trying to twist other switches around the house. I hope hue and lutron will work together to reintroduce those options.
The button works flawlessly when pressed to turn the lights on and off. Power stays connected, and the light can easily be turned back on by pressing the button again.
They work as advertised. They work well and are aesthetically pleasing.
Cons
It just isn't as aesthetically pleasing as i had hoped. The mounting piece keeps popping off the wall. The design of the center clicker is very cheap.
If you pair it directly you can no longer control your lights via your smart home apps\hubs. The annoying thing about smart light bulbs is that they you give up turning lights on and off the old-fashioned way with light switches.

Fortunately lutron is known for their solid product line
Packaging/appearance
To pair them enable zigbee pairing in z2m and then double press the lutron button youll see a blinking light
Competitiveness
Easy install and it works with hubitat elevation via zigbee
Works smoothly integrated with homekit out the box
They worked great though i had to use some 15lb 3m double sided sticky business to make it work

And if you have a switch that shouldnt be flipped because itll mess up your smart setup this not only controls any assigned lights it also acts as a light switch blocker
