Easy to use. Best used with coco nut oil. I really recommend this, it works!

As a massage therapist, cupping is my go-to when i need to provide myself relief from tight fascia adhesions. The edge cups feel great and provide better suction. The zen cups give good suction and are easier to control.

Feels like my skin is more resilient and definitely firmer. Reduces pain & tightness.

Cons

The suction is too strong, which may be good news for someone. Just not for me. This is too much trouble and it hurts. Definitely not a solution for cellulite in my opinion.
