Bought two as i like to have separate timers for different elements of a meal previously had one timer with the capacity to time three items but when it went wrong that was all three gone
When it reaches zero it has a very loud alarm that sounds for a fixed time and then starts counting up so when you do see the timer you know how long ago it went off
