Product was received on time and is great for relief to lungs of coughing, sneezing. Helps keep sinus congestion in check.
I quit smoking 12 yrs ago so your lungs regenerate from this but it takes yrs to improve. It contains herbal ingredients so no * related issues, or side effects. This is a healing herb that appears to help support healthy lungs.

For a person that has asthma we thought this would be a good fit to help out with breathing something that you do not have to think about but these pills did not pan out as we thought they would made us feel a little lightheaded so we stop taking them that is our opinion
